Great location! 1 block walk to Sir Isaac Brock elementary school and playground. 2 block walk to Saint David Catholic elementary school. 2 block walk to Eastgate Square with such stores as Fortinos, Walmart, Sears, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc. 2 block walk to Canadian Tire Super Store plaza. 5 minute drive to Red Hill Creek Expressway (both north and south bound) and the QEW (both Toronto and Niagara bound - Centennial Parkway exit). 2 minute drive to St. Joseph's Ambulatory Care Centre.
