This beautiful beach house is located within walking distance to the best beach in Ontario: Port Franks' private beach with wide sandy-white beaches. The home is nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, landscaped with many perennial gardens. The yard is very secluded with trees and hedges along three sides and a sand dune located behind. The entrance is off the two-tier deck, big enough for dining and lounging or to entertain a large group while listening to the sound of the water close-by. The kitchen has been newly refurbished and features a wine rack, large pantry and inset lighting. The living-room is the highlight of the home with cathedral ceiling and numerous windows for natural light. There are four bedrooms, two each on the second floor and lower level. There are two bathrooms: a three piece bathroom on the second floor, newly refurbished with gorgeous cherry wood vanity and updated fixtures and a four piece on the first floor. This well maintained property has been used as an exclusive cottage rental and is an excellent income investment property.
