This is a custom built 2 storey Cape Cod property. It is R-2000 certified with a detached 28x30 ft. double garage/workshop. The Property is nestled amongst the trees on a 1 acre lot in a prime Penetanguishene location, Pinegrove Estates. The property is walking distance from Georgian Bay and has the beauty of providing the benefits of living in a countryside setting and only a short driving distance from the local marina, theatre and both the shops and schools of Penetanguishene and Midland. The property has the benefits of being bright and sunny allowing full enjoyment of the tasteful landscaping and well established gardens. The front and back of this property benefit from an in ground sprinkler system (under warranty). The back of the property faces mostly west and has a large low maintenance 43x12 ft. split level deck. This gets the sun for most of the day and is great for entertaining. The porch at the front of the house provides you with shade, shelter and a pleasing panorama.
