Owner's comments

This 6 month old, one and a half story Bungaloft, is located in a brand new luxery subdivision. Adjacent to a small park this semi-detached home features many upgrades: Hardwood floors throughout the main floor, hardwood staircase & ceramic tile in foyer and bathrooms. Main floor master bedroom has walk-in closet and incredible ensuite. Main floor laundry, and upstairs storage room have built-ins. Beautiful co-ordinated chandelier lighting fixtures, loft ceiling fan, california shutters and unique blinds hi-light the lovely upgraded paint throughout the space. Upon entering my home, the open concept foyer with double entry closet opens into the very bright and spacious powder room off the foyer.

The oak kitchen which features upgraded appliances and cabinets leads directly onto the beautiful vaulted living room which is overlooked by the large loft.

The main floor master bedroom has a walk-in closet with an upgraded ensuite. It has a beautiful double sink vanity, and a huge walk-in shower.
