Owner's testimony

Everyone I worked with from by the owner was extremely supportive and helpful. Before I listed I did a lot of research to compare the offerings of ByTheOwner vs 'those other guys'. They key difference for me was that those other guys had a print ad program that I liked. When I discussed it with my local rep from ByTheOwner they quickly came up with an even more competitive program to support their clients in advertising in the local paper - which should help drive even more traffic to the web site. Kudos for ByThe Owner for being so responsive. Also when I was doing my initial research 'those other guys' told me they would provide better service because they were local. Well guess what? When I was inquiring about their programs they didn't get back to me promptly. While the rep I had with ByTheOwner had a much bigger territory and was from another town - I always had very responsive service. Sharnie in the office and June my rep were great. If I had to sell I would do it this way again. You just have to be sure you have a very competitive produce and price in this market, and then be patient for the right buyer to come along.
