This 3 bedroom townhouse is minutes away from highway 7/8 leading to hwy 401.  It is roughly 1km from the Sunrise Shopping Centre which has a Wal-Mart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Old Navy, Canadian Tire, Starbucks!etc.....  2 elementry schools and a daycare centre are close by along with city bus stops.  Great neighbours with a protected greenspace in the backyard.  Non smoker, very very clean.   Call to make an appointment, I will do my best to accomidate.
