Beautiful open concept home close to all amenities including swimming, beach, ski hills, walking & bicycle paths, major shopping chains, yet in a very quiet area. A sun porch (12' x 12') has been added that is accessible from living room walk-out that over-looks beautiful landscaped back yard. Enjoy morning coffee here and greet the day while taking in the serenity. Sky lites in this room and others gives lots of brightness. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of cupboards, as well as a breakfast bar. A dining room is off the kitchen. The master bedroom is large and has en-suite complete with whirlpool tub and separate shower and a walk-in closet. A second bedroom is located in front of house and a third in the mostly finished basement. A finished family room plus laundry room is also on this level.
