House 4 Sale!

Landscaped 1 acre lot with mature evergreens. This quiet rural lot is situated about 3.5 miles from Cochrane. Fenced in backyard with large ‘outdoor' living space including gardening, camp fire and play. Newly added sunroom/carport to the west side of the house, enclosed by screen windows and accordion style screen door. In the winter, screen windows are covered by hand-made crafted panels and an automatic garage door to keep out the snow.

Upon entering the main/back door, a small set of stairs ascend towards the kitchen or descend on the way to the basement. The basement is currently divided into three large living spaces which included a large workshop, a storage/furnace room, and a partially renovated rec. room. The slightly compact kitchen has new melamine cupboards with a large counter space. Two south facing windows provide much needed natural lighting. Kitchen also included space for a small table for intimate dinners or family breakfasts. Kitchen and family room provide open concept living, a large living/dinning room with newly renovated laminated hardwood floors provides perfect space for entertaining guests. Great lighting commencing from wall to wall windows on the front/north side of the house provides an atmosphere of relaxation. The rest of the house includes two large narrow bedrooms  and one smaller office or bedroom. Master bedroom offers large closet space and south side lighting. Hallway also includes plenty of storage. A spacious bathroom includes a 4 piece bath, laundry area and loads of cupboard space.
