Owner's comments

The exterior and interior of the house were recently painted and there is new broadloom on the stairway to the 2nd floor, and the 2nd floor hall. Ceramics cover the floor in the front entrance foyer and hall. New vinyl flooring has also been installed in the main floor kitchen. There is approx. 1050 square feet finished in the walkout basement, including a full bathroom, an open concept 2nd kitchen and tv room as well as a large office.

We take pride in our home. The house was built in 1995 and backs onto a farmer's field which will appeal to a family who seeks city conveniences and a beautiful country view in the backyard. We enjoy our friendly neighbours who have been a blessing to us during our 13 years of ownership. Three cars can park in the driveway without obstructing the sidewalk. Public transit is available on the street and the house is minutes away by car from Barrie's "Golden Mile" shopping and dining district.
