"NEW PRICE" Please make an offer!!! Overall House Appeal- This house is the perfect dwelling for a family to grow. It is a centrally-located house being close to a hockey arena, supermarket, Hair-dresser, gas station, community center, lakefront, etc. Almost all of the common amenities are available within walking distance.

This house is also a perfect contractors home. Due to its in-town location and the fact that it belonged to a successful plumber, it becomes a high income house.
