Thanks to Jeff, Sharnie, Olivia and the ByTheOwner.Com team with all there help we sold in just 61 days for 96% of the asking price. It was a wonderful experience and we learned alot. The most bang for our buck was from BYTHEOWNER.COM advertising signs. They appeared to bring the most potential buyers, realestate agents and mortgage reps to the door. We had a couple who seen the sign, came viewed the exterior, went home searched the website for interior photos then contacted a realestate agent for a viewing, how bizzarre. Listing with an agent would have cost $ 8,000 however we spent only $1,200. in total advertising dollars and saved $6,800. money better in our pocket or better spent somewhere else.
